This developer approached this property with a different perspective than most: their initial marketing move was to become a sponsor of a local boxing event. In response to that idea, we proposed this option to give the client "more bang for their buck" (pun intended).
We developed this teaser brochure as a leave-behind for all attendees of the boxing event, with the additional option of using it as a direct mail piece. Hence the unique size, which fits a #10 business envelope taking a first class stamp.
