Problem Solving

A prominent client dealing with high-end antiques requested our help in solving their inventory numbering system for trade shows. In the past, the client would print out clear stickers for their inventory and paste them on the glass next to the item, but this was not a great solution because one had to stand at the perfect angle just to see the item number clearly. Worse yet, when the show ended and the inventory was put away, the stickers would have to be scraped off the glass with razor blades. This process was time-consuming and left scratch marks and residue on the glass.

With the help of Ruth Baumann from Baumann Resource Group, we were able to produce these specially-made lucite markers as a more elegant solution. The numbers are on an angle for easy viewing and the markers are translucent so as not to distract from the merchandise.

Now, for every show there is one of these beautiful little number markers next to the item. Not only is this solution more attractive and effective to view, but set-up is quick and easy as these pieces were deliberately designed for transport. Each holding box is clearly marked with the inventory numbering system and has a secure magnetic enclosure.
